ABE Paints is Florida-based automotive paint and body shop distributor specializing in PPG paint - targeting local body shops.

We’re seeking an ambitious, self-starting sales hunter to join our growing team in the Pinellas County market as Territory Sales Representative. Industry knowledge is preferred, but not necessary. . Bringing in new business is the top priority. This position helps to generate long-term revenue growth by targeting new business opportunities, managing their ongoing book of business, and assisting the regional team and Sales Director with any day-to-day needs.

Job Summary

· Pioneer a new book of business using value added service offerings and proven processes

· Actively competes in the market to increase sales growth through deal negotiation

· Continually develop skills through sales and technical product training

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Self-motivated
• Educated in a proven/successful sales process
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully operate in a customer focused environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Understanding of Collision Industry Operations preferred
• Two references required
