Newcoast is Hiring a Sales Manager, Customer Care Group Near Clearwater, FL

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Manager of Customer Care Group is responsible for leading a team that maximizes finance and insurance (F&I) income opportunities through the sale of ancillary protection products to enhance our customer’s boat ownership experience and increase company profitability.The Sales Manager of Customer Care Group will lead, supervise, and train an inside sales team to achieve targeted profit margins and high customer satisfaction and loyalty (FANS), while ensuring compliance with all company, state and federal laws and regulations.

KEY TASKS: 

  • Enthusiastically embrace the Newcoast mission statement and values
  • Leads the execution of business initiatives that drive re-occurring revenue and margin growth, and leverages the use of technology to enhance scale the business
  • Assists with the development of business growth and process models Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and asking for assistance when needed
  • Supervisory responsibilities including selecting, training and developing team
  • Continually “topgrade” team, working with People Operations team to manage any necessary changes
  • Establish and develop plans to achieve sales targets and productivity metrics
  • Assist with the creation, execution, and management of marketing plans Identifies, establishes, and nurtures strategic partnerships and relationships across the financial services industry
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge on all F&I protection product offerings
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications as directed
  • Become proficient all Newcoast operating systems to include but not limited to G2, HubSpot and Qlik Dashboard
  • Maintain and achieve a high degree of knowledge about alternate F&I income sources including new products, internet initiatives and software as directed
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques as directed
  • Recommends strategies in the digital space to drive new products, services, and capabilities
  • Builds long term relationships with team members, customers, sales team, and key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
