As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading our in-home sales division, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and foster a culture of excellence within our sales team.
TODAY THE POSITION WE ARE HIRING FOR IS FOAM BEAR SALES MANAGER. Spray Foam Insulation is the go to in Green Energy Efficiency & Energy Savings by both Homeowners and Builders. Essentially the customer profits, in electric bill savings, by using this product so its basically a No Brainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation and market penetration in the in-home sales sector.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional results.
Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in in-home sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
