Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation and market penetration in the in-home sales sector.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional results.
Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
