Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite at in Downtown Chicago (West Loop), IL 60607.

Seeking and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team/department. Team consists of supporting three (3) people, which is Senior Director, Director and Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Large amount of travel coordination for multiple stakeholders (about 3-5 stakeholders)

• Significant calendar management for multiple stakeholders

• Assisting with projects, data/document storage, expense reports, document production, and internal team communications

• Meeting coordination, setup, workshop planning, coordinating between vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders and teams

Requirements:

• Experience providing administrative support to a team involving a wide variety of tasks

• Ability to manage a variety of unrelated tasks and deliver on time

• Strong skill level MS Office particularly MS Outlook

• Adept at communicating with a wide variety of professionals

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
