**Company Description**
AAA Distributor is a leading distributor of high-quality kitchen and
bath products, serving both residential and commercial markets. We are
seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales
team and drive business success.
**Position Summary**
As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing
the sales operations of our store, managing the sales team, and
ensuring that sales targets are met. You will be responsible for
leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales
plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales
management within the kitchen and bath industry, with a passion for
driving results and exceeding targets. You will work closely with the
store manager to develop strategies to increase customer engagement
and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed
sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to provide excellent
customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Train new sales associates and provide ongoing training for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or 5 years
of proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in retail, in
the kitchen and bath industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and
develop a high-performing sales team.
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to
develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
