Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive full funnel marketing plans to support the company's objectives and targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Play a critical role in shaping and executing our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy, and continuously optimizing our Owned Channels.
• Manage all aspects of digital and offline marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, social media marketing, programmatic media, CTV, remarketing, and event planning.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as website content, blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in retail.
• Experience working with multiple agencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
