BD @ A.Team: 

We are searching for ambitious and self-motivated BDRs to join our amazing Sales team. You’ll be an integral part of our Sales team by working to fill our pipeline through prospecting and qualifying potential clients and eventually, moving into an outbound closing role. We’re a collaborative and diverse team that wins together, providing you the opportunity to learn from a wide array of people and really hone your skills while you master consultative in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City headquarters. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission. This role is also eligible for an equity grant.

In this role, you will...

  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns
  • Strategically research/identify potential client contacts and book meetings to explore A.Team support options
  • Communicate A.Team’s business model to potential clients in an impactful way and demonstrate why a meeting with A.Team would be beneficial to their business
  • Support Sales in all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling follow-up meetings and managing the pipelines of completed meetings to ensure all prospective clients are being contacted throughout the year
  • Work with Marketing to help drive attendance to events, webinars, and conferences
  • Support Marketing with post-event follow up to book meetings with warm leads
  • Work towards weekly/monthly/quarterly goals to stay on target
About you...
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, working with enterprise clients, at a tech or SaaS company
  • Skilled communicator who can be clear and direct, take a consultative approach, and express themselves both verbally and in writing
  • Strong collaborator who works to support their team and is looking to continuously grow and learn
  • Eager to take initiative, work independently, and own your own success
  • Positive and enthusiastic with the ability to push through setbacks with grace and aplomb
