Restaurant Administrative Assistant
Location: Franklin, TN
We are seeking active, high-energy, and organized leader to join our growing Administrative Assistant team as a Restaurant Administrative Assistant. The primary role of this position is to assist the New Restaurant Opening team with hiring and onboarding for our new location in Franklin, TN. Other duties include, but are not limited to, office administration, task-management, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Tasks, note taking, and distribution
- Applicant scheduling, interview organization, New Hire onboarding
- Office set up and ongoing organization of office
- Verbal and written communication with potential team members, vendors, and office team members
- Respectful communication with vendors
- Prioritizes needs and shifts focus accordingly
- Attention to detail with deadlines, anticipates needs
- Brand Ambassador that visibly lives our Values
- Easily builds rapport with peers and external vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Research and analytics
- Self-motivated, able to see a need and act without prompting
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18/hr
- Bi-weekly gas allowance
- Health insurance
- Quality Assurance allowance to use at any A.Ray Hospitality location
- Paid company holidays

- Flexible schedule, ability to work a hybrid schedule
