We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and software sales.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce, for lead tracking and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
