We are currently seeing an administrative assistant to join our team! This role will require the hired candidate to wear many hats so being organized, detailed oriented and ready to jump in to help the team will be imperative. The Administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating launches, and organizing the office and products.
- Clerical Work: Logging style and maintaining collaboration inquiries, gifting, social outreach, press imagery and showroom inventory. Uploading styles and collections in our multi-product programs.
- Inventory Organization: Pulling and restocking styles. Organize various products in the office to help build PR gifting, customer and boutique orders, photoshoot styles and collections.
- Office Management: Taking inventory of office needs Customer Service: Assist with online orders
- General Administrative Tasks Requirements:
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Apple iWork, Google Suites, and Adobe Suite- Photoshop is a bonus!
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task. Up today with trends in the industry
