Responsibilities• Answer phones and give information to callers, take messages, collect payments, and/or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Client correspondence
• Administer mass electronic mailings and newsletters
• Manage client portals and troubleshoot issues
• Upload client documents quickly and accurately
• Track client documents received and respond accordingly
• Manage and reconcile spreadsheets and reports
• Assist accounts receivable in running payment reports, uploading invoices in payment software and updating payment software as necessary
• Assist with setting up new clients
• Reconcile accounts payable software
• Assist with various firm projects
• Assist with tax return assemblies and electronic filings
Qualifications and Education Requirements• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Work-from-home setup capabilities, including a smart phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Innate problem solver
• Good time management and organizational skills
