We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manatee County!
You'll be responsible for:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Assisting customers with requests, account changes, providing information over the phone.
- Clerical filling.
- Collect customer feedback
- Communicate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
