Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both English and -speaking customers

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues

- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

- English and Spanish (written and verbal)

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

License/Certifications

- 440 or 220 license preferred but not required.

This position requires strong bilingual communication skills to effectively assist customers in both English and Spanish.
