Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
· Sales Operations: Assist in managing sales operations, including order processing, quote generation, and inventory management. Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
· Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales meetings and events. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
· Lead Management: Manage incoming leads and inquiries, qualifying leads and routing them to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up. Track lead status and update CRM systems with relevant information.
· Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and sales activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and record-keeping.
· Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with the sales team to address customer issues and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
· Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Motivated self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
