- Provide first-line technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup of their IT systems and tools.
- Disable and remove user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and other system privileges for departing employees.
- Help train employees on its use of new hardware and software.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to fill multiple roles.
- Proven record of maintaining IT structural integrity.
