Si occuperà principalmente della vendita delle nostre soluzioni Ticket Restaurant® e Ticket Shopping e della gestione dei rapporti con i clienti in ottica di fidelizzazione. Principali attività: Attività di vendita telefonica finalizzata all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti o alla gestione di clienti già acquisiti, con attività di upselling e cross selling; Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti in ottica di aumento della fidelizzazione; Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività; Raggiungimento dei target assegnati e monitoraggio dei KPIs.
