Salary range for this position is: $47,044/yr. - $61,640/yr. (depending on experience)
This search is for a total of three full-time HR Specialists located at North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College. Please list college preference in cover letter. The positions will work a hybrid schedule with a mixture of both remote and on-site work.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be a key member in a team that supports Seattle Colleges in recruiting, hiring, and retaining exemplary employees who serve our students and our community.
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, hiring and onboarding, and HRIS data management. The HR Specialist consults with and provides assistance to managers, staff and the public regarding inquiries and service requests, provides information to clients and explains policies, rules, and regulations applicable to Human Resources.
The campus Human Resources teams at North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College are an integrated part of the district-wide Human Resources team at Seattle Colleges. Comprised of campus Human Resources teams embedded in each of the three colleges and the district office, as well as a centralized Payroll and People Operations team and the District's Compliance and Health & Safety team, Human Resources serves those who serve our students.
