What You Will Do:
As the Administrative Assistant FLOAT, you will provide coverage for various teams at the South Bend campus when administrative assistants are out of the office. The starting hourly rate is $15.55/hr.

As the Administrative Assistant FLOAT, you will provide coverage for various teams at the South Bend campus when administrative assistants are out of the office. The starting hourly rate is $15.55/hr.
Administrative Assistant duties include:
- Answering phone and handling messages
- Making appointments and schedules
- Greeting and directing visitors and clients
- Operating office equipment
- Supporting team members with various needs and requests
We are looking for the following administrative assistants:
- Those with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
- Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
- Those who love working in a supportive team environment
- When available, those with bilingual skills
