Job Classification Salaried Job Type full-time Category Service Delivery Location ROCKVILLE, MD 20852 US (Primary) Job Description LCG is seeking a well-established SharePoint Developer/Administrator who has a good blend of technical skills in application design, development, and system integration to support an existing Federal government customer. Exciting environment with multiple large projects and upgrades on-going and planned over the next 2 years. This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties: Job Responsibilities: Experience with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online, Office 365 taxonomy and custom web parts. Experience working with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate/flow, Dynamics 365), Forms / Planner Experience with migration of content, workflows, forms from SharePoint on-prem and Shared Drives to SharePoint online, Power platform and Dynamics 365. Good understanding of SharePoint designer workflows, InfoPath forms, custom lists and Master pages. Web development experience using ASP.net core, HTML5, Visual Studio, .Net, C#, Azure Repos, Azure DevSecOps. Experience patching SharePoint and windows security updates. SharePoint Admin experience developing PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks. Azure cloud, Data factory and management of teams sites. Collaborate with Business Analyst to prepare technical specifications based on functional customization requests. Propose design to meet business need along with associated implementation schedule and cost estimates Create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommend architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues) Participate in design and code reviews Mentor and train other technical team members Responsible for maintaining systems documentation, adhering to policies, audit and compliance standards, and formal change controls Perform all levels of development (e.g., configuration, workflows and plugins). Position will be lead developer for the team and will perform more difficult enhancements and coordinate\assist with development by other team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field of study) and minimum 5 years prior related experience in software development or Graduate Degree with 3 years of prior related experience Minimum 3 years of SharePoint Development/Administrator experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing SharePoint on prem and cloud versions Experience in both development and administration of SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Portal, and Power Automate Experience utilizing Microsoft DevOps Experience with C#, .NET, JSON, MVC, and Entity Framework. Knowledge of APIs / Web technologies, / Plug-In development Solid leadership skills and self-starter with positive attitude and strong work ethic Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Job will require ability to document processes to fellow team members and also create and present materials to a wide range of customers (individual contributors to senior executives) Strong understanding of IT Operational domains; such as, Networking, Windows NT, and Security Work well in a collaborative team environment Strong customer service orientation and ability to lead and manage large projects Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preffered. Experience in automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium) Excellent written and oral communication; must be comfortable presenting information both internally, and to customers.
