Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Technical Writer.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and document project requirements. For Software Development efforts, this includes generating wire frames/user stories that corroborate the project requirements and obtaining feedback on the system user interfaces.
• Assist the Project Manager in the development of any needed artifact necessary for the project.
• Assist with user interface design standards, wireframes and composites. Coordinate and act as subject matter expert for Section 508 compliance analysis and retrofitting.
• Prepare technical documents for all requirements analysis activities according to guidelines.
• Develop and maintain all templates for projects and for all other deliverables.
• Be proficient in technical writing.
• Provide project management templates.
• Research, recommend, develop, and implement templates, artifacts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business processes to deliver on tasks related to the PMO support.
• Support understanding of the project scope such as alternatives, constraints, and preliminary IT security requirements.
• Deliver all documents necessary in support of requirement development and management. Deliver all requested documents, to include but not limited to, the Vision Statement, project prospectus, cost estimate, benefits analysis, requirements risk analysis, and an evaluation of other considered alternatives that provide sufficient documentation to describe and support these needs.
• Ensure that requirements are tested.
• Create the requirements traceability matrix of the approved requirements.
• Utilize requirements management tool and/or other software requested to capture, analyze, and manage requirements.
• Support the user interface analysis when requested.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (and its management and reporting) to ensure that the project meets the business requirements.
• Analyze the requirements and work with the Stakeholder to prioritize requirements.
