Our client is a 24/7 call center that provides operator services to a variety of hospitals and medical clinics and virtual receptionist services to over 250 medical practices.

This is a true lead shift, you will be responsible for the evening shift when the supervisor is not there. Must have previous supervisor experience and tenure within their past jobs. Temp to hire position. ONSITE position only. Cannot be done remotely.

Parking: Free parking, Longwood Medical Center Area

Shifts Available:

Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00pm- 11:00pm OR Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm -11:00pm

OR

Saturday - Monday, 1pm-11pm

**Must be flexible to train first 2 weeks 10am-7pm,

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee incoming call queues
• Assist call center agents on the team
• Supervise 5-10 agents
• Answering the mainline to hospitals and medical clinics and connecting the caller to the correct staff/department
• Taking messages for medical practices when they are not able to answer their phone lines
• Maintain productivity reports

Requirements:

• Must have supervisor/lead experience in a call center or medical office setting - minimum of 3 years
• Must have call center experience - minimum of 3 years
