Responsibilities:
-Administer Leave of Absence including FMLA, PFML, Paid Medical Leave
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries
- Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Collaborate on HR projects such as policy development and implementation
- Utilize ADP Payroll system
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- 4 years experience working with RMLA requests required
-Experience using ADP
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
