Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $18-21/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service representative experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
