We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our client, a nonprofit in Boston.

As a Residential Clinician, you will provide trauma informed clinical services to children and their families.

Hours: Monday-Friday, day shift

Location: Jamaica Plain, MA

Salary: $60,000-70,000/year

Duration: Permanent/Direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Serve as case manager for clients
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Coordinate the assessment of client's response to medications
• Facilitate intakes
• Provide clinical perspective to staff members

Experience:

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work) required
• Current licensure or certification as a mental health clinician
• Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred
