Our client, a HR franchise location for a well-known retail company is located in Westborough is currently looking for a Payroll Representative to join their rapidly growing team!

Salary: $22-25/hour

Location: Westborough, MA

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 400-500 hourly employees on a weekly basis across multiple states
• Using ADP software extensively – Workforce as well as Time and Attendance
• Interact with franchise GM’s and employees
• General payroll duties

Requirements:

• 4 years of payroll experience required; ADP preferred
• Multi-state payroll experience is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
