RN Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify patients' needs, then implement and monitor personalized medical plans and treatments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life and care for clients in our Long Term Chronic Care or Rehab units.
• Supervise other healthcare providers to ensure daily patient needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record.

RN Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
