We have a client looking for an IT service desk agent. This is a temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent. You will report to the office but can switch to hybrid after training. This position also offers benefits such as dental, medical, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Will take phone calls, create, and route tickets to the correct departments 
• Assist in managing the Service Desk email account. 
• Research, record, and provide appropriate feedback and solutions to customers about product complaints and events associated with the software application.
• Inform Product Managers on customer issues related to software utilization and software design.
• Must maintain technical expertise

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of call center experience
• Great customer service
• Must report in regularly but would be eligible for a hybrid schedule after training – Topeka location
• Must be able to pass a standard KBI background check
