We have a client hiring for an Assembler. The shift is from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM Monday through Thursday. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assembling and packaging various Respironics medical devices in an ISO and FDA regulated environment. 
• Operating all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment, undertaking standard and complex production tasks safely, and following instructions. 
• Setting up or adjusting equipment according to manufacturing specifications. 
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. 
•  Be a team player to work flexibly within any area of assembly.
•  Completing departmental procedures and administrative activities including accurate completion of Device History Records, inventory control processes (Kanban, Materials Movement forms, time tickets, pick lists, etc.), lot tracking scrap reporting, sequence cards, and other administrative duties. 
• Maintaining accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed. 
• Working within the Demand Flow Technology® (DFT) system to produce quality products with minimal assembly and paperwork errors. 
• Position, align, fasten and install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, rivet guns, and welding equipment.
•  Construct or assemble an entire product or component of a product.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization. 
• Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable.
•  Certification if applicable.
