USUI International is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Sharonville, OH
- Resolve IT support requests tickets with a high degree of customer service.
- Provide “Help Desk” support for network and hardware issues (including peripherals like printers, copiers, bar code scanners, etc.), coordinate service calls with 3rd party providers.
- Configure New Computers, Printers and Phones
- Perform maintenance of Domain User and Workstation Accounts
- Troubleshoot Computer (hardware and software), Printers and Phones
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks (Replace WAP's, Cable Repair)
- Research and Implement fixes for new issues and escalate issues with IT Team
- Programming for website changes / edits
- PowerShell scripting.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Minimum of associate degree in information technology or related field experience
- IT related certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
- Programming / scripting skillsets
- 1 years IT experience for a multi-location organization
- Available to travel overnight 25%
- Maintain positive attitude and good communications with all personnel.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and have own transportation.
