USUI International is Hiring a Material Analyst/Scheduler Near Sharonville, OH
- Responsible for making sure company has a robust supply chain and that inventory is in place to support company goals for return on investment and on-time delivery performance
- Review and maintenance of ERP (Plex), resolution of projected outages, identification and development of key suppliers, and coordination between purchasing agents, vendors, competitors, and customers
- Check forecasted orders that are placed for accuracy and then change the supplier order status to firm once confirmed
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve past due production components issue
- Implement and maintain a replenishment system for critical purchased materials
- Work with Purchasing to identify situations for pricing agreements, including long term price agreements, to save or control material and service costs and implement those actions where possible
- Review inventory for accuracy and implement and maintain systems to improve accuracy
- Develop and implement plans and systems to accommodate growth or retraction
- Identify shortcomings of MRP and develop systems to improve
- Managing inventory with scheduling to insure materials are available for production
- Analyzing customer demand to level-load operations
- Maintaining customer rating systems
- Communicating with Logistic staff and operations supervisors to prevent customer short-ship
- Develop processes to reduce cost of components, packaging, and freight
- All other duties required by management
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or other associated business related degree
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external customers
- Plex is a plus
- 3 - 5 years operational experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry
- Must be able to use common office software systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
