USUI International is Hiring a Receptionist | Ohio Plants Near Sharonville, OH
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed.
- Check in visitors and ensure they are completing needed non-disclosures and safety/environmental requirements.
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file/scan documents, data entry, etc.).
- Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons.
- Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail and faxes.
- Prepare outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx, faxes and packages).
- Facilitate/coordinate office meetings and events including meals/catering.
- Assist with local or out of town travel arrangements for staff and visiting Japanese.
- Maintain clean and tidy public office spaces (Conference Spaces, Printer/Mail Room, Supply Closets, Breakroom, Lobby).
- Label and organize staff in/out board and mailboxes.
- Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed.
- Track orders and maintain vendor relationships.
- Maintain 4S standards.
- May participant in projects for production, quality, project/manufacturing engineering and other departments as needed.
- Located at the Sharonville Plant and will support the West Chester plant remotely.
- Some driving between locations will be required (1 to 2 times weekly).
- May participate/assist in company activities including parties, benefit events, and committees with HR team.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- HS Diploma Preferred
- Intermediate skill using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Plex ERP Experience Preferred.
- Excellent English writing, speaking and spelling skills.
- Ability to work and communicate with team members of all levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and have own transportation.
