The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a phenomenal early career Account Executive (AE) to join our high-energy sales force. You'll be the quarterback, leading the charge in building sales pipeline, securing new clients and scaling existing partnerships. Who You Are

  • Excellent communication Skills: You are easily able to establish rapport with prospects in direct conversations and you have well developed written communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and reports.
  • Proficiency in Performance Marketing: PPC, SEO, Social Ads, Affiliate Marketing – you speak this language fluently. You understand how these channels work together to drive results.
  • Client Champion: Building strong relationships is your superpower. You can translate complex marketing strategies into client-friendly recommendations, fostering trust and advocacy.
  • Data Detective: You're a whiz at analyzing campaign data, unearthing hidden insights and opportunities to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Presentation Pro: Building and delivering great presentations is second nature. You can confidently captivate clients with data-driven strategies that ignite their business goals.
  • Tech Mastermind: CRM, Marketing Automation tools – you're a tech ninja, leveraging these platforms to streamline your sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Become a trusted advisor, uncovering client’s business objectives, pain points and collaborating with internal experts at Finch to craft custom performance marketing strategies to solve them.
  • Dive deep into market research and competitor analysis, identifying untapped opportunities for client growth.
  • Own the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and securing client buy-in.
  • Craft winning proposals that showcase the power of our performance marketing expertise.
  • Be the data champion, analyzing past performance blockers, uncovering insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Foster rock-solid client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring they achieve their desired results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, media buying, and analytics to deliver flawless campaigns that exceed expectations.
