RepowerIT is Hiring a Junior Account Executive Near Guyton, GA

Base Salary of between 36-40k/year depending upon qualifications. Excellent B2B sales opportunity for an eager, entry level sales rep! Commissions are highly competitive and uncapped. There is no limit to your total max compensation.

Junior Account Executive - IT Services (B2B)

The Junior Account Executive is a business to business sales position responsible for gaining new business clients, and increasing the company’s overall market position as an area leader in comprehensive IT services. RepowerIT is seeking a highly motivated, detailed, and professional individual who is able to self-generate leads, convey our value proposition to prospective clients, and convert those opportunities into happy long term customers.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent entry level opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in sales! B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Having a confident and highly professional demeanor
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak naturally about technology equipment and services. Training on our service offerings will be provided.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our work, all employees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment

Responsibilities:

  • Generate your own leads of potential clients
  • Maintain an accurate log of all potential and new clients in the company’s CRM system
  • Develop new business through various means, including B2B cold phone calls, in-person introductions, email, networking through online/social media, and other methods
  • Throughout the prospecting process, gain an understanding of a potential client’s requirements and motivations
  • Create and provide detailed proposals and quotes
  • Follow up with opportunities in a time-appropriate manner, with professionalism, thoughtfulness, and without being pushy
  • Build a pipeline of consistent business opportunities, spanning the wide range of services provided by RepowerIT
  • Serve as a representative of RepowerIT at various networking and business events
  • Keep yourself informed of the latest industry IT hardware and security trends
  • When necessary, collaborate with others at the company to identify ways in which our service delivery, and the overall customer experience can be improved

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive base pay depending upon qualifications, plus commissions determined by the revenue and/or margin you produce for the company. There is no cap on commissions.
  • 3 weeks of PTO your first year, based upon full-time employment

Pay: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
