Two Hands Denver is Hiring a Sous Chef Near Denver, CO
Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced sous chef for our new restaurant opening soon on Tennyson Street!
Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with three restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin and Nashville, and more on the horizon.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Must have open availability
- General knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and heating and cooling methods
- A positive and customer-centric attitude
- Australian cafe experience or a general curiosity for what we do
- Ability to communicate with both BOH and FOH staff
- Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Advanced knife skills
- Being bilingual is a plus
- Proficiency in standard cooking techniques
- Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
