Responsibilities
- Manage business development activities across assigned territory
- Partner with inside sales to develop sales strategies
- Maintain existing business
- Partner with the client's engineering staff for new product designs or sustaining engineering issues.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- 5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of sales in Fasteners or Mechanical components.
- A Vaild driver's license is required.
