Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the full payroll process from data entry to distribution
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies

Skills:
- - ADP WFN or Vantage required
- Strong understanding of financial concepts related to payroll
- Ability to analyze data and reconcile accounts
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with various accounting software applications
