Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridal Store Director to join our team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the store team
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demands
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular employee meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and company updates
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Implement effective employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate processing of employee hours
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Director or similar position
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Proficient in time management to effectively handle multiple responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,210.92 - $102,490.57 per year
