Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years AP experience and be a quick learner
Duties:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Verify coding, obtain approvals, and ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records and files
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with financial concepts including debits and credits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
