HR Staffing LLC is Hiring a HR Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, benefits administration, talent management, and recruiting.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4 pm
Location: 202 E Earll Dr. Ste 360 Phoenix AZ 85012
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefit options
- Oversee human capital management initiatives to optimize workforce performance
- Implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Coordinate and conduct employee training sessions on various HR-related topics
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
- Assist in change management processes to drive organizational effectiveness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
