Our luxury hotel in the heart of Boston is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our amazing Human Resources team.
The Human Resources Manager will direct and ensure the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statuary requirements and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform duties of the position.
Education and Experience:
B.S./B.A. preferably in Human Resources or Hotel Administration Preferred
A minimum of 3 years Human Resources Manager experience with Hotel exposure preferred
Other:
Spanish language skills preferred.
