Zoom Technology Arizona is a closed-access fiber network provider. We deploy Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network infrastructure nationwide in specific neighborhoods and Fiber-to-the-Business (FTTB). We construct, operate, and maintain the fiber network infrastructure.

Purpose of the Role

The Installation Coordinator role is responsible for effectively executing the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of fiber installation. Provide critical input for the installation project management process. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and advanced knowledge of scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in a partnership with customers to resolve scheduling conflicts effectively and efficiently while dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. Candidate should demonstrate a genuine ability to help customers, and be outgoing, engaging, patient, and empathetic.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver high professionalism with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain calendar of installers (contractors, subs, and technicians).
• Facilitate communication between customers and installers.
• Implement problem resolution with customers.
• Follow-up to ensure installations meet customers' satisfaction.
• Monitor installers to ensure installations are complete.
• Report that the installation team has sufficient capacity to meet target installs.
• Provide daily updates to management on the progress achieved by the Team.
• Ensure contractor invoices are vetted, accurate, and submitted to the Finance department.
• Confer with management to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
• Monitor, update and maintain the CRM system
• Assist in preparing and submitting performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to the operational plan.
• Resolve service delivery issues.
• Liaise with contractors regarding performance and site readiness.
• Manage SLAs to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required, and a higher degree is a plus.
• 4 years of experience in Customer Service or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and typing ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and effective problem-resolution skills
• High level of professionalism
• Demonstrated punctuality with good attendance
• Thorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practices

Additional Skills:

• Experience in Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider, or Wireless industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
• Understanding of MacBook Pro
