Top Scouting Coordinators will:

• Evaluate student-athletes every day
• Enroll 30 qualified student-athletes into our premium memberships each month

We will train you to provide scouting assessments using proprietary technology and a proven process. You will be trained to become a recruiting expert and sell memberships over the phone using zoom to help athletes across the nation.
National Prospect ID Scouts who thrive typically possess the following characteristics:

• Experience as a high school/collegiate/professional coach or collegiate/professional athlete
• Sales experience is strongly preferred (this is a sales position)
• Exceptional time management skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends)
• Outgoing personality
