• Setting up contracts, prompt payment monitoring, closing out, change orders, subcontractor modification forms, etc. • SBE goal assessment: Collect project data from PM, including trade categories, the budget amount, etc.; analyze data using the certified list to arrive at the reasonably assessed goal; communicate the goal to CO and PM; review plan and subcontractors list submitted by prime; track subcontractor changes throughout the project.
• DBE Goals—Facilitate the process with ADOT for goal establishment and communicate the goal to the CO and PM (FHWA funds); most other DBE goals are not assessed (FTA, ARPA). Review the plan and subcontractor list submitted by the prime and track subcontractor changes throughout the project, all using the City of Tucson-approved forms.
• Attend pre-bids/pre-cons/labor compliance meetings to present on SBE and DBE requirements (as needed). • As-needed, communications with PMs, COs, contractors, and Davis Bacon compliance officer to gather data and resolve issues.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
