Job Overview:
The Will Call Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and others who are picking up orders at our warehouse. The position requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Will Call Coordinator functions as a team member within the warehouse department and performs all duties as assigned to meet business needs. This position will maintain accurate records of product pickups with documenting photos, signed will call release forms, and utilization of our company CRM to upload such items. Position may provide backup to the warehouse as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and visitors
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Proficient in data entry and using CRM

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
