Job Summary: The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing strategies to promote TFS products and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills to coordinate various marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels. This includes writing compelling print, creating visual assets, and coordinating multimedia content production.
· Manage the visual merchandising of Shorties, Hi Variety, and DGT for both retail and wholesale locations.
· Manage and grow Shorties, Hi Variety, and DGT presence on social media platforms and monitor community engagement online. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor trends to optimize content strategy. Manage Shorties, Hi Variety, and DGT social media content, emails, on sites and third-party promotions.
· Coordinate events with Brand Manager and Director of Marketing, to include set up and work events with brand ambassadors as necessary.
· Provide support to Marketing Leadership in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy, by organizing and planning promotional plans and keeping calendars up to date.
· Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the President and Brand Manager in advance.
· Meet weekly with Marketing Leadership to discuss brand plans (i.e. calendar, events, social media campaigns, product designs, and community outreach.)
o Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consent voice. (Submitting social media content via sprout for President / Brand Manager’s approval.)
· Monitor and replenish inventory as needed of promotional materials, swag, and product samples.
· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
· Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community partners to amplify TFS brand message and expand the reach to new audiences.
· Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the brand identity.
· The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Assist and support the marketing team as needed with any additional tasks.
