• Hands-on program and system training for professional customers and sales team members.
• Content creation and management across multiple platforms. Support professional email communications.
• Campaign Monthly support – operations and communications

Qualifications:
· 5 years agency account management, copywriting, marketing project management, marketing or digital experience ideal
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Pro, Outlook/Teams
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· High Attention to Detail
· Professional Phone and Email Demeanor
· Ability to multi-task in heavy workload environment
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work overtime /extended hours
· Analytical ability
· Flexible, persuasive, and diplomatic
· Strong team-building skills
· Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced growing business model.
· Ability to work with multiple authority figures
