Small Giants Recruiting is representing a leading A/E/C company located in the Valley who is seeking a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to join their firm. The core duties will include various aspects of marketing for a mid-sized firm, including preparing marketing materials and creative approaches. This includes proposal writing and development, interview presentation creation, award submittal preparation, generating marketing, and sales collateral material.

Summary of main responsibilities:

• Coordination and preparation of proposals and other qualifications-based materials.
• Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and presentation content.
• Maintain marketing information systems (resumes, project profiles, vendor registrations, etc.).
• Offer informational and graphic support for interviews.
• Maintain pursuit and RFQ database.
• Provide administration support for marketing.
• Attend marketing seminars, networking events, trade shows, and other forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related major.
• 2 years working specifically in the AEC/CRE industry working with project pursuits.
• Proven skill with Adobe Suite (InDesign), PowerPoint, and other MS Suite apps.
• Well organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, be creative, personable, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure when handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while serving as a collaborative team player.
