Job Description
- Lead special projects in improving processes and controls.
- Will be a part of upcoming automation projects.
- Manage the AR Aging - sending emails to business if payment is delayed.
- Reconcile Customer Account statements to the Company accounts receivable balance.
- Research and customer accounts discrepancies.
- Prepare Monthly internal reports.
- Provides back up and assists Cash Application Specialists.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Extensive accounting knowledge, with understanding of invoices, statements of account, receivables, and various forms of payment remittances
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong research and investigation skills
- Problem solving and planning orientation skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required,
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Compensation: $24-26 an hour great benefits BONUSES
