Duties include, but are not limited to:
Monthly/weekly reporting, including payroll
Enroll new union employees into Yonkers’ payroll system
Screen calls, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
Manage, organize, and order office supplies
Liaison with landlord to maintain office flow
Liaison with office cleaning service
Working with Public Outreach team
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Clerical and administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Physical Demands/Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Sit and/or stand for extended periods
Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination to use various office equipment such as computer, telephone, copier, etc.
Willing to work in construction environment
Salary Range: $35k -50k - based on experience, education, and training
